4. Orders and Payments

Order Process: When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

5. Customization and Personalization

We offer free customization on all number plates. When you request custom text or designs:

• You are responsible for providing accurate custom text and design preferences.
• Customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.
• We reserve the right to reject customization requests that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Production of customized plates typically takes 3-5 business days after order confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping: We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

• Standard delivery time: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on all orders (No minimum order value).
• Tracking information will be provided via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, holidays, etc.).

7. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
• Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 20% processing fee (for customized products).
• Once the product has been manufactured/dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
• To request a return, contact our customer support with order details and photos of the issue.

8. Warranty and Quality Assurance

• 2-Year UV Protection Warranty: Our plates are guaranteed against fading, peeling, and discoloration caused by UV exposure.
• Manufacturing Defects: We replace any product with manufacturing defects free of cost.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Alpha Plate Manufacturing Co Pvt Ltd and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
